Yes there was a fun game of what's that smell out in the dorm hall. Near as I can tell someone got drunk and pissed all over there rug, then took the rug out of there room. I'm not sure though, and not getting close enough to find out.

Ya, so ya I haven't updated in a long time oh well. First i played in a poker turniment 6 people, won $60 for first place not a bad deal, especially considering out of 6000 chips at one point I had less then 300, got to love ase king off suit when you go all in. Ya so what else, I've been going to class even though it's borring as all hell. Calc is going well, I just don't understand one part of a limit but that shouldn't be to hard to learn. I can't think of anything else, accept my sweet mates have envited me to go get hammared next time they run to seder village or somewhere, good times should be had by all.

Ya, so I could have gone up and stayed in my nice worm bed at msu. Instead I went on a sale boat race. Nice race, until we started the third leg. The skys opened up, and rain pored down. Hardest I've ever sceen it rain in my life, when I've actually been outside in it. On top of that I was sitting on the rail, so a bunch of nice waves came up and drenched my pants, luckly I had a rain coat on. Oh and did I menchon it was thundering and lightning out there when we were on the boat? And the sale boat has a 28 foot metal mast sticking up, which isn't properly grounded. But we finished the race and it was oh such a fun time. At least it's a story to tell.

Ya, my dad his friend and I were setting up stuff in my dor room yesterday. Dad, plug your chord from the ethernet jack in the wall and then into the wan port on your router. Me, ok, doesn't it go in the uplink? Him no. 8 hours later after I got home and went to sleep checked my email, you have something assigning randum ip accresses to other computers on the network we've disabled your network access until you fix this. After a couple of emails with the guy, ya it should have been plugged into the uplink port not the wan port. Um dad you teach sisco networking in high school, I'm assuming you were confused since it wasn't a $2000 router.

Ya, my server computer hting is broken I think. It randumly shuts off, but I'm not sure if that's because power supply is bad or bad power outlet, or us blowing out fuses that I don't know about. Oh we'll see how it behaves in a week when I'm at college.

Yay, so finishing commenting up my code to make it all pertty and stuff before I hand it off. And ya I ahd to fix the database today since someone didn't design it right and a lot of the datatypes were wrong in one of the tables, no wonder the thing crashed my rpogram. And yes it's always the dba's fault.

Well I've spent the last two days fixing up and adding to this data importing program. I tried to idiot proof it, but who knows, it gets handed off to qa tomorrow, that isn't going to go well since there only job is to break it. I think I'm going to be busy fixing bugs, it's going to suck. What else is new, nothing really, life is borring, I can't wait to go back to school, so much more to do.

God I hate csv files, and databases. It's mind numming, and there has to be better ways of doing this. yOu know what, I don't really care anymore though, so yahoo! If I were retrieving a lot of data I would have been better off using the data set but since I'm not retrieving anything but primary keys I mine as well keep with the straight data reader and sql stuff. I know you all love this journel. Well time to go back to the 2500 line sql statement, and coffie, laters people.
